Schlebach GmbH is a leading manufacturer of machines and equipment for the standing seam technology.

In 1979, Bartolosch GmbH with its owner, Ing. Friedhelm Bartolosch acquired the rights to Schlebach, Heilbronn and founded the "Schlebach-Maschinen GmbH" - machines for folding technology. The new location is situated in the Westerwald nestling in the hillside in the German border triangle between North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse and the Rhineland-Palatinate.

Tireless hard work and excellent customer relationships combined with the close contact to its employees produced a world-renowned specialist in the field of standing seam technology. Since the name "Schlebach" was known beyond the borders of Germany, it was decided to continue operations under this company name.

The breakthrough was the development of the first profile shaping machine with adjustable widths in 1981. This resulted in the company reaching top position along with consequent expectations by the market. In subsequent years these were met by the development of the round arch forming machine (1985), the notching unit EHA (1989) and with the QUADRO profile shaping machine (1997).

Continued investments resulted in the "small cottage industry" turning into a modern and efficient company during the course of the last 30 years.

Schlebach is a true family business with many long term employees that is headed by two managing directors, Patric Meeth and Christoph Gerigk. Together with the Bartolosch GmbH the company today has approx. 200 employees working on a production area of 10,000 square metres.

Today Schlebach still follows the motto "One source to cover all your needs", since planning, design, production and worldwide distribution are based under one roof.

This guarantees optimum performance in combination with high quality standards.

Motivated by the success of recent years, the Schlebach team will continue in their efforts to retain their lead in the market and expand based on innovations.
