On the basis of the successful developments to the Quadro profiling system, the QuadFlex was developed as a flexible profiling unit for various profiles. The machine is extremely sturdily constructed, and equipped with pivoting and interchangeable cassettes. The 14 profiling stations can also be used to produce complex profiles.
A special control system and electrically operated cross-cutting enable a fully automated process.
